Nyah Mway: Video of South Asian boy shot and killed by NYPD released



A 13-year-old was shot and killed by a police officer in Utica after a foot chase Friday evening. The bodycam video of the surprising incident has now been launched. Nyah Mway, a Burmese refugee, was one of many two juveniles stopped by the Utica Police Division’s crime prevention unit at 10.18 pm Friday.
