Kenyan police have arrested a person who they’ve described as a “serial killer” suspected to have been behind the grotesque homicide of 9 girls whose mutilated our bodies have been present in a disused quarry used as a garbage dump.
Police say Jomaisi Khalisia, 33, confessed to having killed 42 girls since 2022, together with his personal spouse.
