Mexico has extradited a senior determine within the Sinaloa drug cartel to the USA.
Prosecutors allege Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas – often known as El Nini, or the Slacker – was a “lead murderer” working for the sons of drug kingpin Joaquín Guzmán, higher often known as El Chapo.
