Eugenio Ernesto Hernandez-Garnier, 27, and Yusleydis Blanca Loyola, 32 had been flying from Miami when the airways employees approached them and requested Eugenio to wash up the blood popping out of his head.He stated he didn’t have any clan bandage and refused to get off.
