US actor Michael Madsen was arrested on Saturday on a cost of home battery, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division has stated.
In an announcement despatched to the BBC, it stated its deputies responded to a “household disturbance” incident shortly after midnight within the metropolis of Malibu, California.
The division stated a girl alleged “her husband pushed her and locked her out of their residence”.
Madsen, who starred in Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Canines and Kill Invoice movies, was later launched from custody on a $20,000 (£15,400) bond. The 66-year-old has not publicly commented on the problem.
“The investigation is ongoing and will probably be forwarded to the Van Nuys Superior Courtroom Home for submitting,” the sheriff’s division stated.
The assertion offered no additional particulars.
A consultant for Madsen stated in an announcement to Selection web site that “it was a disagreement between Michael and his spouse, which we hope resolves positively for them each”.
Michael Madsen and DeAnna Madsen have been married for 28 years.
