Scandinavian Airways (SAS) has mentioned certainly one of its flights needed to make an emergency touchdown after a mouse scurried out of a passenger’s in-flight meal on Wednesday.
The plane was flying from Norway’s capital Oslo to Malaga in Spain and was compelled to make an emergency touchdown in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The diversion was consistent with firm procedures because the furry stowaway posed a security danger, airline spokesperson Oystein Schmidt informed the AFP information company.
Passengers on the flight have been later flown to Malaga on a unique plane.
Airways normally have strict restrictions involving rodents on board planes with a purpose to forestall electrical wiring being chewed via.

“This is something that happens extremely rarely,” Mr Schmidt said.
“We have established procedures for such situations, which also include a review with our suppliers to ensure this does not happen again.”
It is the second rodent-related travel incident in a week.
