Matija Sarkic: Millwall announce death of goalkeeper aged 26


Millwall goalkeeper Matija Sarkic has died on the age of 26.

Sarkic, a Montenegro worldwide, joined the Championship membership from Wolves in August 2023 and made 33 appearances final season.

The Montenegro Soccer Affiliation (FSCG) stated Sarkic had died all of a sudden on Saturday morning, with native media reporting he collapsed at his house in Budva.
